Mission

The aim of this role is to optimize and automate our agency's processes using no-code and low-code solutions, enhancing efficiency and scalability while maintaining high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key outcomes

1. Help us automate big workflows in our agency.
   1. Develop and manage Zapier workflows to automate repetitive tasks and integrate various tools used in our agency.
2. Build low-code applications to automate core agency processes, improving workflow and data management.
3. Write and implement scripts as needed to support automation efforts and data processing tasks.
4. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize automated processes to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
5. Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
6. Provide training and support to team members on using new automated systems and tools.
7. Maintain documentation for all automation processes and systems for future reference and onboarding.

Competencies

1. Zapier & Make.com Expertise

   Demonstrated proficiency in creating complex workflows and integrations using both Zapier and Make.com. You quickly identify opportunities for automation and implement efficient, scalable solutions.

2. Full-Stack Web Development (with Code & Tools like Cursor)

   Strong understanding of how to build web applications from the ground up using code. You are comfortable leveraging tools like Cursor to streamline development while maintaining full control over the codebase.

3. Basic Python Knowledge

   Familiarity with Python scripting for basic data processing and automation tasks. While not the primary focus, you can write and modify simple Python scripts as needed.

4. AI Prompting Skills

   Knowledge of various large language models and a solid grasp of prompting techniques to ensure high-quality outputs.

5. Problem-solving Skills

   You approach challenges creatively and systematically, finding innovative solutions to complex automation problems.

6. Persistence & Work Ethic

   You are exceptionally hardworking, demonstrating resilience and persistence. You continually iterate and refine your work, rather than giving up at the first hurdle.
